Transaction Coordinating

$400 Selling or Listing Side Transaction Coordination

$475 Limited Dual Agent or One Side Unrepresented

Agent authorizes Allison Flores, Transaction Coordination for RE/MAX Whatcom County, Inc and RE/MAX Gateway to act on behalf of Agent for this transaction. This includes "Impersonating" Agent through NWMLS' TransactionDesk for document signings, as well as contacting Client(s), Escrow Officer(s), Title Officer(s), Lender(s), Cooperating Agent(s), and all other parties involved in this transaction.

Agent agrees to pay a service fee, see below, to RE/MAX Whatcom County, Inc or RE/MAX Gateway at closing or if List and Go Live property fails to sell, fee is due at expiry/withdraw/cancel. $400.00 for Selling or Listing Side Transaction Coordination (If transaction fails to close, no fee is due). $475.00 for Limited Dual Agent or One Side Unrepresented Transaction Coordination (If transaction fails to close, no fee is due). $350.00 for List and Go Live (If transaction fails to sell, $200 is due at expiry/withdraw/cancel). $300.00 For List and Go Live w/o Social Media (still includes Weekly Performance Updates and If transaction fails to sell, $200 is due at expiry/withdraw/cancel). $100.00 for Cancel and re-list OR Temporarily off market and back to active (If adding photos/marketing remarks/price change. If not, no fee). Custom pricing may apply for services outside the
scope of those listed. I reserve the right to provide a separate quote for any additional or unique requests. Must send in form for me to begin working on the contract. Any forms received past 12pm may be worked on next business day.

List and Go lives - *only available for select Agents- must be at least 5 days before going live. Example is send on Monday and we can go live on Friday, as long as forms are received.
